Do you accept returns?

Mermade Hair does not accept returns or refunds for used or opened Heatless Curls Kits, however if the product is faulty, does not work or does not appear as it should, then a refund or replacement will occur only if the product was purchased from our website.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with any Mermade Hair product purchased from our website. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you. The product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges. Please note all EU returns will be done via our UK warehouse. We hope to have our EU warehouse up and running within the next couple of months.

Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.

Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.

If you have purchased a Mermade product from a retailer you will need to contact the retailer directly for their returns policy. Your purchase will not be covered in our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
